Accusation of Divorce

Made's lawyer, I found from the Accusation of Divorce, was Ida Bagus Wikantara (not Wayan, Made, Nyoman, or Ketut because 'Ida Bagus' is a Brahman caste name).

In this Accusation of Divorce, Made Jati claims that a Hindu marriage took place at her home in Kuta in September 1996. The ceremony is fictious. She does not mention the California marriage of 1985.

She also claims that the children were in her care according to a family registration card, with the implication that I was not present in the home, and she asks for full custody.
